so the story here is that ms went all patent troll and got imports of motorola handsets banned in the US, moto countered by getting windows 7 and xbox 360 sales banned in germany and got a ruling that at least xbox 360 imports should be banned here!!!

im all for this, I love windows 7,but MS need a swift kick to the head for this bullshit....

Im saying it again, we need to abolish our current patent and copyright system and start over, as it stands the current systems used to do the opposite of what the intent was....rather then fostering innovation and creation its being used to stop/hinder/kill them off.

it was only a matter of time, after all, thats all patents and copyrights are used for these days, to troll and to stifle innovation and competition ensuring the people with the most patents and money will always win....even when they cant compete(android vs winphone7 for example)
